Information on
Renting a Bicycle
Please call and ask to speak with Cody at Plaine & Son Bike, 518 346-1433 or email Cody at plaineandson@gmail.com Cody will be able to answer questions concerning type of bike, sizes, payment, cost. The bike shop will deliver and pickup all bikes. You may reserve a bike up to two days before the group ride at the Battlefield. The price for the bike is dependent on how many people rent a bike as the bike shop has to travel two hours round trip to provide this service. The cost will be $50 per bike for less than ten rentals, $40 for 10 to 14 rentals, and $30 if there are 15 or more folks renting bikes. At the Battlefield, you will receive your bike and the technician will adjust the bike for you. You will pay a fee based on the number of rentals there were. You can use a check or credit card and will have to sign a waiver. The bike shop is delivering the bikes and will return them when the ride is over. Make sure you take an early bus from the Red Lion Hotel to get to the Battlefield by 8:30 - it is a 50 minute ride. Please request your bike
