Seasonal Walk/Bike - Quarterly - After Action Report
All After Action Walk Reports should be filed
electronically within 10 days of the
close of each quarter.
Quarters close on:
March 31
June 30
September 30
December 31
To facilitate this process, our Club is using the following
procedure:
1. Fill out your forms and paper work
2. The Report to Treasurer and all monies are to be sent to Terry
Gitnick. Any New
Walker Coupons and
ESCV Incentive Coupons received as payment from
a walker
should be included in this mailing to the treasurer.
3. The ESCV Quarterly Walk Report (on the bottom of this page) is
to be sent electronically Eileen
Skinner.
4. We are required to keep and store the sign-in
(registration) sheets for 7 years (AVA rules)
